Sterling Search has been exclusively retained to identify the new Director of Human Resources for a highly respected Los Angeles nonprofit with more than 100 employees serving the homeless and housing sector.
Reporting to a long-tenured CEO and serving as a key member of the management team, the HR Director will lead a small team and play an important role in advancing the organization’s people strategy. We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly engaging HR leader who can build on the organization’s strong momentum and continue cultivating a high-performing, engaged, and mission-driven workforce.
Compensation and Benefits: $150,000–$165,000 annual salary, plus a 5% employer contribution to a 401(k), a 36-hour workweek, multiple flexible work plans, an employee-paid health plan, and other generous benefits.
Qualifications: Candidates must have human resources leadership experience and hold an SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
